Not really, if you look at the chart. Granted it was in the mid twos when the CR was announced and fell considerably after, but never as low as 1c. It hovered around the cap raise price for several months. It only spent considerable time below .014 after the announcement in September. IIRC the lowest its ever been since March this year is .011 and that was months after the CR in october. I know that the distinction between .01 and .014 mightn't seem like much but it's pretty significant from a % basis.

Also the last cap raise was to instos at .015 this one is a bit different and the company is in a better place than it was in March. I'd expect any CR to still drop the price in the short term back to near the CR price based on people reasessing their positions, but i don't think this will see us pushing it back into the ones.
