I find your analogy on this is conflicting. Market likes certainty what I gather. If Lke comes with a clear path to production (even 25,000 ton) with finance approved; in my opinion it will be rerated much higher than where is today.
They have spoken about 50,000 ton / aspirational 100 thousand ton and still the MC is below 1 billion; just because it’s not certain.
