Not too sure I agree with the speculation of $3+ on a favourable decision. Could easily happen of course but people have taken a good and closer look at this opportunity for CAZ recently, more so than was done on the emotional hype of the original announcement.
No doubt it will be an excellent trading opportunity but with probably two to three years before any mining happens, assuming CAZ get Carpenters "tick", valuations for a medium to longer term hold will vary wildly.
