    I just read the 5th of Oct ann. Funny how they are demerging the company into two so that all the current non-executive directors get senior management roles as well so they can enjoy a bigger slice of the pie. Good takeover target at this small MC to get rid of the entire management and directors and it will find its true value soon after, IMO.
