BOLTSY, not sure about previous debt as only jumped aboard aprox. 2 weeks ago!! it reads to me that there is a loan of 14.25mil, contingent of 1.65mil(proberly hedgeing), a conversion note of 2mil( but does state that it can be converted to stock at 7.5c/per/share. dont know enough about the terms!!). costs next qt. aprox. 1.75 mil. the great thing about the annon. is they have proberly widened the pit by using the low grade,(still makes money at theses prices), going forward bar 1 month will be high grade. the spot price is aprox. 30% above the annon. this spot price of aud$ 1300++, you can mine low grade and make good coin. please note if anyone can inform me of any mistakes i have made it would be worthy, as i can only read and see so much. i like the look of this !!!OIMO.
