only GW matters. At last EGM, there was 54% silent majority. Only GW (as significant shareholder in CTN) can rev up the silent majority to action. What does GW stand in all this?
As for the Board of CTN, since this is a major change, did the Board at the minimum undertake research that no other micro cap manager is a better fit than NAOS?
Did Board bless the deal at gun point? Is this why Chairman Kerr resigned?
