my bet is the ann will still be vaugely worded something along the lines of:
"We are still assessing the market conditions, given the dramatic changes that have taken place lately. We also continue to have encouraging signs from prospective and current customers."
And then the HC rumour mill will start up again as yet again nothing substantial will have been said.
I hope they prove the cynic in me wrong....
