the assembling of a professional team with many years experience and contacts and,
the promise of relative peace in Puntland in which Range can operate and,
the 'sure bet' that Puntland hasn't slipped under the international investment community's nose (re; the US majors in the 80's for starters) .......

Then why is the share price languishing so badly when the market cap of Range is loose change in the O&G industry these days?
