I would wait til tomorrow and then if its not out you could start with your line of questioning. The ideal time to launch this thing is after the messy US Presidential election as that has caused alot of uncertainty in the Dow this week as was to be expected. The company has gone out and stated their intention to get it out there before the end of October but they can't be held to ransom for the statement. It doenst change much given that the Ann will be out next week if I was to bet it would be very short odds.
