It means a lot if you are a brand new company trying to make a good impression, within an industry to have had a lot of cases of misconduct.
And not just any company, a financlal services / "bank", who absolutely are now in a marketplace where things like transparency and ethics are very closely scrutinised.
To have possible question marks over one of your directors, when you haven't even launched??
