I think the experts do understand this. That's why they are accumulating oil stocks. You have seen the patterns just like the rest of us. Algos driving the price down with short sales that would barely cover "standard" brokerage and then hoovering up the stop losses that fall from the tree. Its just the non-sophs who are letting go.
