William ss, don't understand much of your posts. Cant see the wood through so many trees. I am a naive and disappointed share holder who wants to vote No, BUT,It seems to me that Saville would be very happy for a no vote. He holds the loans. He appoints the liquidator. The liquidator gives him the entire business including the tcard legal option. He wins all. Shareholders get zero. Surely a yes vote although unpalitable is a better option.
