Thats why we proabaly should vote down the renumeration report to give them one strike so we keep them on their game and deliver us wealth.

To achieve 1 strike, 25% or more shareholders must vote down the renumeration resolution at teh AGM.

Strike 2 will occur if 25% of shareholders vote down the renumeration resolution at the next AGM

Upon strike 2 occuring, an immediately resolution is raised to spill the board.

I'm just saying that in my humble opinon, we should keep them on their toes as they wont want the bad publicity.
