Institutions never get in early! If you are paid a large salary to sit on an investment committee, it doesn't make sense to support a stock like CYP. If it "pops" no one will notice because it doesn't have scale. If it flops you will cop the blame. Lose-lose.
Institutions will start buying CYP when they see confirmation that is commercially viable, so I expect they will start buying at $5 (by which time many of us will be long gone).
