4h chart. there are more moving averages meeting around here than you can poke a stick at... you can see the volume shelf at 1.305 (red horizontal line)... been a tough nut to crack... get above this with volume and game on. MACD also starting to curl to the upside. 1.31 also aligns with the .5 fib from recent high to low... hence the resistance.
