2024 was definitely an above average year and given that ZIP put on 1400% at one point compared to the previous year I'd be worried about next year being better, I think that although there is a bit more craziness to come from the meme gallery in the early part of next year, there is going to be some volatility.

you are correct of course. I should have been more specific and mention my main holdings are in the resources sector. ZIP has been my only standout this year. Bad choices, not bad ASX
