Looks like 3.12 is the bollinger high end average line, current run up sees it just below. The high volatility is causing wide bands which is generally a signal for a change in sentiment (this has been kicked in the guts badly since the one who shall not be named dumped his shares). My 5c is if it decisively pushes through 3.12 then pin you ears back and fix your helmet and goggles, hold on and enjoy the ride up.
