Fundamentals haven't changed. I would say i) manipulation occuring to get in big time before she rises and ii) the panic merchants of the bear market doing overtime (in-turn playing into the hands of the manipulators)

In short, if you have spare change (which I dont), this is the moment to accumulate before she runs (and it will be soon) especially if the DOW and OIL situation continues to right itself. My thinking is that we possibly may have bottomed out and "should" start to see gradual turn-around post olympics event (hopefully sooner with decent announcements)
