ARH has three days to submit to Shougang a " Feasability Notice"...

ARH has three days to submit to Shougang a " Feasability Notice" is supposed to happen by June 2008 Shougang then has till September 2008 to issue a finance notice on ARH to proceed with project.
Other points that were mentioned as being iminent were
1)updates to resources and reserves
2)Finalisation of negotiatios with Clive for more ore
3)Notice to ASX re demerger of non Iron Ore asetts
4)shareholder notice re points 2 and 3 for approval

They stated that they have completed technical and commercial studies for more ore but still no notice?
Must be a sticking point with Clive? price?
Does he want $ upfront?
