Even just knowing if they have handed their decision (whatever the outcome) to CNX would be helpful.
However, it is clear that CNX management would rather keep the official decision from DERM confidential so that they may "spin it" in the appropriate way to shareholders.
Can't remember the last time this lot delivered on time...
