    Could it be already the unspoken policy rabbitoh?
    A reduction in detention time suggests the rubber stamp for approval is out.
    The arrival of more boat people is nothing new, but the manor in which they arrived is astounding. Have the navy/boarder protection dropped their guard deliberately?
