Could you elaborate what you see as terrible? I think you have more skill and experience than I, but I saw the result as quite good.

I expect it is hard to compare 2 years one of which was Covid impacted to a greater extent than the next.

I like the comments about the trend to inclreased proportion of health care as being digital, which NHF well placed to profitably meet, and a decline in proportion of overall health care in Medical and Pharma realms, which are a huge cost to the taxapayer and of dubious benefit, even harm to individuals and the broader community in many cases.
