NIB are a great investment as their business model is strategically faultless, unfortunately as a member until recently and with only myself to blame for not doing my due diligence have learnt the hard way that they are nothing but thieves. After my recent double knee replacement my pocket is hurting and being a silver member thought having a monthly payment of $220 for many years would entitle me to more than a rebate of $600 on a $7800.00 surgeons invoice and $250.00 rebate on the anaesthesia invoice of $3100.00. No mistake thieves, great investment but against my morals to be a part of.
