IMO the passing of the deadline is a material event and will require an Ann from SER.

I think we see SER grant an extension, probably another 3/4 months, and the best we can hope for is a little more info hopefully including a more definite timeline for the specific events required. SH votes etc.

Those of us that are still hanging in here obviously believe in the Uley asset and it's potential value and the macros for graphite just keep on improving. Probably the best news we've had is the bounce in the broader markets with a reversal from August's sell off looking confirmed in the last 48 hrs and people starting to talk about resources as under valued.

We still have no idea what Mega has up it's sleeve but I get the feeling they need all the help they can get and a return to risk can only help.
