CER has consolidated around 9-11c for a long period of time. Any sell off has been met with significant support - to me signalling that the next leg is upwards. In 'normal' market conditions this would be trading so much higher - at least half its NTA i.e. circa 35c (which is still cheap..
When CER breaks its resistance the sky is the limit - it could rise to 30-40c in a very short period of time especially when the Asia investors jump on board. Its a great company and i think that the annual report will answer many questions that we all still have.
