It's not that concerning, if you spread out amongst 9.8, 9.9 and 10c evenly it will still be a positive outlook.
It means that investors are prepared to pay a firm price of 10 cents to be guaranteed a purchase which is promosing for the stock.

Let's be serious here, it's a decent deal and if it drops it's even a better deal but investors will follow each others leads and not many want to opt out when they are considering positive announcements coming and potential asian investors. Now if they come on board CER will finally have lift off and investors will look back and realise that 10c was a bargain.

The next week will be interesting but the traders which are wanting to sell now are the ones that are keen on making a quick buck and are selling not because they are losing confidence in CER
