I think the upcoming quarterly figures will reveal how they are progressing. If Aust steps up and lowers its interest rates further, this will widen the operating cashlfows of the fund.
The worldwide appetite for income producing assets is growing at present. I think the moves to bring this to an earlier conclusion that June 2014 will start to gather some more momentum.
We are onto a winner here.
