OPG came with debt, which is why MCP demerged it. Unfortunately, OPG could have raised at much higher levels, and ought to have done so when sentiment for the company was good, as it was essentially a freebie from MCP. Now it is close to a reverse 20-bagger and has pushed itself to the wall. If it raises capital, it may be able to keep the outdoor asset, which is profitable. It has just been a late mover in sorting itself. With a capital raising and debt management, it will be quite worthwhile down the track.
