First off this is just my opinion. I posted about the distribution of Harvest One shares a few days ago. I'm not entirely sure how this would play out but it states it would be subject to an agreement/approval. If it's in the form of a capital return it's still valued at greater than where we are now. Frankly I can't see this happening.

The options and dilution are inevitable. The proceeds will go to Harvest One Cannabis Inc. Haven't done the sums of ownership retention factoring in options as of yet so can't comment on the overall ownership.
