    the money paid to the company can be changed to the salary to Mr Bolton himself, then if BCS chased ASI for the next 2 paymens, Mr Bolton can declare ASI bankrupt, no liability to Mr Bolton himself as ASI is limited company, and nothing will be paid to BSC. smart guy!!
