I agree with all your comments, this deal if it goes ahead is the worst outcome for S/H.
The share price is now waking up to the fact that this is a bad outcome.
I sold most of my shares and only kept those that cost me nothing, so I,m happy to hold and wait.
For those who are in at a $1 or more its going to be a hard and long road to recover your money IMO.
I can,t see another offer coming and who knows what the FIRB will do.????????
