I am little dispointed by the lack of enthusiasm this morning.

Either the news is taking a while to spread around or the market is not interested yet - until perhaps the CETO is either actually in the water; or successfully completes offshore tests, or dare I say, actually producing electricity. REH's last trade price - 14.5 cents.

Having said that, can't ignore that volume is up from last week and well in favour of 10.5 cents. This is in stark contrast to the trades in the 9 cent range not that long ago so interest is improving. Hard to break the mexican stand off, with the high volume sale orders at 10.5 cents.
