At the time of the most recent presentation,the project was shown near the end of the time bar for testing.
The next time bar, covering actual deployment, was much longer.
If the time bars are meant to be representations of the actual interval for each operation, then we are in for a long, long wait for any water to appear from the end of a pipe up a beach.
Time enough for this experienced management crew to be able to fit in at least one more screw of the shareholder pocket you would think.
I wonder who they get in to change their light bulbs - they would go mossy in the dark if they had to do so themselves.
