Yes, somewhat agree; for probably about 60% of stocks depn and cap ex are roughly the same so it makes no diff, eg P/E and P/ FCF for banks will be about the same, and i haven't got the time to calculate P/FCF for a whole lot of stocks, as a lot more difficult and time consuming than just taking Commsec P/E forecasts.
But i'll just call it a P/FCF from now on, as it seems to create a lot of unnecessary angst with some of the crowd here.
