I think the quickest they can get the 35 m average is June, July August so $200 m payment occurs in September. They'll get 34 for june, and can average 36 for each of July and August to get to it. They have done 36 m over last 14 days notwithstanding 3 days of bad weather with + 40 km knot winds.
They'll definitely do it 1 H 26.
I need to clarify if it is tonnes out on the transhipper and the side rd tonnes hauled by contractors count.
If not, they'll do it September to Dec.
