Thanks WSB The wind is still forecast high but decreasing tomorrow when rain is forecast (7 to 30 mm).
From saturday onwards wind and rain are both lowish, so it should be all systems go for as far as i can see with the forecast from saturday onwards.
They probably should increase storage capacity at port to about 500 k tonnes, so 5 days of supply to cover these bad weather events. I doubt it would cost much to build another storage shed.
