few years, which means well placed properties in Brisbane
that are purchased for the right price present good
investment opportunities.

I'll believe this when I see it. Resources slowing, LNG moving from construction to maintenance, no 'Super' Infrastructure Projects until Bruce Highway ramps and TSRC get moving. Hmmmm.
