ausheads, i agree however TOL issue wont be given unless one of two options are cool.
1. AUS wont accept any waste.
2nd option. PM and LYC are working on finding a PDF location, once found then they can issue TOL. So what is the hold up with PDF location?
Niqo, the plant is not ready, if it were LYC would have to disclose in 48 hours. ASX Law. The plant wont be ready to end of April at earlist.
I only see the PDF as the final hurdle. But surely, they find a spot in Malaysia somewhere. geez...
