Ownership of the MDeeps farms is the issue. Lets get something out in the open... Who has title deeds? are there land claims? over the exact 5 farms or a slightly different boundry? It cant be that difficult?
We are aware that land claims exist in SA. and by watching the progress of those closeby to the "ownership" of Modikwa Deeps farms and how they combined and were compensated recently...we learn.
I can now see what happens in such cases... Some-one buys the land and a Trust is formed for all and The miner pays rent etc.
Now what owners does ARM and ANGLO act for.... by their stance with NKWE ....and perhaps they could be combined into a TRUST to end the stalemate which is detrimental to a Juniors advancement and ability to raise funds from its shareholders, i believe.
If the recent formation of a trust is to thwart the junior there are many points to argue and much to loose as far a future investment...imo.
so what is good for the country? delays for years and years are NOT.
