I guess mgmt can count me out...US residents can’t partake.
Wasn’t really feeling it anyways considering how things ended up with their last CR two winters ago; when they offered shares for purchase lower than the SP, and then the SP fell lower than that offer price after the offer expired.
I’m fine with what I already have. If any of the BOD is reading any of this...I’m done investing into Kogi; time to prove your worth.
