    management complacent at the time thinking it was going to go on for quite some time.

    chairman needs a change as do some of the other execs - just treading water IMO picking up the bonus shares by way of nontransparent KPI's.

    for complacency alone they should get the boot - struggled ever since - change starts at the top they say!
