this company has already turned the corner. ACR was extremely lucky that the largest supplier of ELMA generic in the US when into chapter 11 just as ACR/Pagadis were launching our ELMA generic. The company is making money (again) but not enough to cover all per year losses at this time. Going forward I hope ACR stick with larger Pharma Coys like Pagadis instead of the minnows ( like Harris that originally had our ELMA to market and launch but also went into chapter 11 before launching) as Pagadis can add extra drugs to its large existing supply lines /customers. Pagadis must have faith in ACR as they also handle ACR's USA HRT generic. We really need more ANDA's launched in the US market ASAP. We have Dapsone Gel 5% waiting to be launched as it currently has FDA approval. I'm very hopeful that the worst is behind us. Time will tell. Jet
