Today's announcement is more upbeat than usual from this very conservative company. Colin Plumridge mentions the very serious possibility of a multi million ounce ore body. The results to date he says are likely evidence of a much greater underlying system. If so this is an elephant in gestation. The results to date are from just scratching around the surface. What should not be forgotten is the context. RIM has vast exploration ground in the area. Don't discount the possibility of more Sorpressa like systems. I have been saying for some time that this company will be taken over and likely too cheaply unless the corporate strategy changes. Will it be taken over before or after the deep drilling of the identified structure ? There is no more exciting gold play in the country. Pity the punters do not know about it. There is a clear opportunity for aggressive promotion. We shall see....
