On one hand you say your big concern is keeping the lights on but a buy sentiment? The value of the company has over halved in a day and a CR leading to further dilution likely and you say buy? I sold and a trader but would have held this one but if management can't run the company properly and stop wasting investors money on failed FDA approvals time is up - chance gone I'm afraid. Do they do a third round on no money!!!!
