IMHO we are well overdue for news from EML.
Back in December (Dec 21st) the head of Department of Raw Materials and Justice for GoG, Jørgen Hammeken Holm stated that EML could
"expect an administrative response the week prior to Christmas. When that happens, the company will be handed a large number of documents, after which a new deadline will be set to respond to the hearing on the refusal of the extraction permit."
It may well be that ETM have already received the requested documents from GoG including, a new deadline etc. The requested meetings in the new year (hopefully early in the new year) with the GoG will likely be to discuss these matters, along with the amended development scenario proposal by EML to not extract U.
The other issue is of course what's happening with the arbitration commission re Act No 20 and other matters. We have not heard anything re arbitration for at least two months in EML announcements.
About time we had some news.
