double edge sword...
they cant cancel nuix since lot of sensitive data is there....
they either need to complete do a transfer to another software provider or continue using nuix..
we talking about government agency....
its not the software fault... its people...
the best way i think is to buyout nuix...
or change all management...
if government do choose to change another software then they properly need a couple of years to do so....
i think it be wise for another company to takeover nuix...
at this sp, nuix will definitely worth a punt...
anything under $500m is a bargain...
