That's right Mickqld, but what was worth noting with their announcement was the Minister, Mr Ferguson (who has more of a handle on U than anyone previously in the Labor Party) on Friday encouraged (begged) NSW and Vic to change their position on U mining, lambasted the WA Labor Party for not falling in line with the WA Liberal Govt in allowing U mining, and congratulated the SA government for its positive position on the BHP proposed expansion.

He is the lone voice of realism in a Labor Government devoid of practicality and driven by populist rhetoric. He knows Australia will be left behind unless it embraces U mining and seeks to open markets abroad. His fear gives me even more confidence in the future of the industry and the position of PEN - given that he also sees Australia lagging in the international race to secure markets for U.
