Jelly, not disagreeing with you about west perth or that cash is a bit harder to come by (particularly for small cap miners). But, from personal experience, there is plenty of cash around for quality oil & gas projects with quality management teams (even for small exploration players like TNP). Something is on the nose here...either the asset is just a lot less appealing than it was made out to be (which potential partners/investors discover when they do their detailed due diligence) or management simply cannot deliver (for whatever reason). Either way, whatever the general market conditions, I suspect there are bigger issues of concern here for TNP shareholders. Just my view....
