Assays not done as far as we know. Cyl say they have expended the $3m so until jv is signed no further expenditure. Jv seems to be taking some time to be signed, can only assume they have divergent opinions on the way forward. Unfortunately not confident on how NML guys will fair v Bruce. Might work out ok for cyl but the other risk is they all get shafted by deep pocket players (take your pick, SBM, Gina, KLA, etc). KLA are up about $3billion so far at 90% profit margin so the global sharks will be already taking notice.
