It is wonderful to see management hit the ground running and implement necessary changes. Despite an initial bit of fluttering, there is a very timely show of solidarity moving forward. The much-needed reduction in overheads and a conscious drive towards customer satisfaction and improved offering in-store is being well received. We are all looking forward to seeing consistent, strategic growth in this company, so well done management...lots of work ahead keep it coming!
